Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel any time

You can cancel a monthly or yearly plan whenever you like, or switch to the Free plan from the Pricing page. You keep paid features until the end of the period you've paid for, and your books are never deleted.

7-day refund on your first payment

If InkWav isn't right for you, ask within 7 days of your first payment for any plan and we'll refund it in full. For Lifetime, the window is 14 days.

One-time purchases

Clean PDF unlocks and pay-as-you-go extras can be refunded within 7 days if you haven't used them yet.

Publishing services

Refunds for publishing packages follow the proposal you accept. Work that's already been completed can't be refunded.

Gifts

Support gifts are voluntary and generally not refundable, but if you gave by mistake, tell us within 7 days and we'll make it right.

Open Help & support or write to connect@inkwav.com with the email on your account. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
